Trend Story Introduction

Today we were introduced to our new project brief, where we are going to have to research a particular trend story, and then create 3 A2 moodboards showing 1) Shops, 2) People and 3) History. 

This will include physically going into shops and looking for the trend and the difference between how shops do it. I’ve never done this before so think it will be an interesting way to gain insight and primary research.

It will also include taking street style photographs of people in public wearing that trend. Also looking at people in the public eye who portray it.

And then finally, researching into it’s historical and contextual background. Who/what/where are the key influences. I’m going to look at art, film, dance, politics, technology and music.
